Mark advised Watkin Jones Group on the unconditional acquisition of the former New Bridewell Police Station from Avon and Somerset Police. He worked with architects AWW and the in-house WJG planning team to secure a consent for 500 student beds and ancillary retail and leisure accommodation on the ground floor.
