Milsom Apartments

Longacre entered into a Development Agreement with House of Fraser to redevelop 10 existing residential apartments on the top floor of the iconic Jolly's department store on Milsom Street, Bath.

The existing accommodation suffered from lack of investment and limited ancillary amenity space with a poor quality entrance and accommodation offering.

By negotiating extra space from House of Fraser in the basement area to create ancillary bin and bike stores, Longacre was also able to reconfigure the accommodation to meet modern day standards - creating 14 high-quality studios, one and two bed apartments.

 

Longacre also carefully restyled and refurbished the Grade 2 Listed entrance area to create a stunning entrance off Milsom Street dedicated to this residential offering.
