Longacre has been appointed by CBRE IM to act as development consultant to secure a planning consent for a full-scale refurbishment and part extension of an existing student accommodation scheme, currently occupied by the University of Bath. The proposal provides a higher quality

scheme to improve room sizes and kitchen/lounge areas plus enhancing amenity areas to provide better health and wellbeing facilities. Scheme completion is targeted for September 2025.
